Markets

  • Race Tracks

Diamond Game recently entered the race track market with the launch of our SkilTab product in the race tracks in Arkansas.  Similar to Bingo Halls, Lotteries, or Tribal Casinos, Race tracks have a very particular set of jurisdictional regulations that can confine their ability to use conventional gaming machines as a source of supplemental revenue.  Diamond Game, however, is uniquely poised to assist such markets with our host of product line innovations that can be tailored to meet the needs of nearly any emerging gaming market.

Since its launch, the SkilTab product in play at the race tracks in Arkansas have performed extremely well - more than doubling the revenue of competing games.  Diamond Game is rapidly expanding its presence at these  Race tracks and is currently pursuing a presence at a variety of race tracks nationwide. Please feel free to contact us to discuss the opportunities in your area.

  • Tribal Gaming

Diamond Game has served the class II Native American gaming market since the company’s inception in 1994. Always in pursuit of providing tribal gaming operations with the best gaming products available in a legal class II format, Diamond Game pours significant resources into its both research and development and legal budgets to further tribes’ abilities and rights to operate quality gaming without a state compact. In addition to providing quality products, Diamond Game is committed to providing its tribal partners with the best technical support on the market.  This commitment has led to machine placements at a large number of Indian gaming sites throughout Oklahoma and Alabama.

Through our service centers located in proximity to customer locations, we provide regular onsite preventative maintenance and repair.  Through our sophisticated back office system, we are able to provide remote system support, as well as detailed audit and revenue reports to the casino. Moreover, our games are SAS 6 compatible and are fully functional and certified to interact with all major slot accounting systems, such as IGT Advantage, Oasis, and many others.

Diamond Game values every Native American relationship as a partnership.

  • Lotteries

Diamond Game entered the Public Gaming sector of the gaming industry with its launch of Video-ITVM machines in conjunction with the Iowa Lottery. We pioneered the use of video and sound to enhance the dispensing of instant tickets, creating a playing experience akin to the latest electronic gaming machines. In 2004, Diamond Game received a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that its Video-ITVM device (a.k.a. Lucky Tab II) was not a slot machine, Johnson Act device or other gambling device. This ruling paved the way for lotteries nationwide to begin offering to players our Video-ITVMs anywhere regular instant ticket vending machines are in use. This exciting development, which propelled a machine program deployed by the Iowa Lottery, provides an alternative to VLTs.

With the Video-ITVM, the sounds, flashing lights and animated video display are all simply elements that add to the excitement of the game, but have no impact on the outcome. The element of chance is contained entirely in the finite deal of instant tickets. In fact, these tickets could be played straight off the roll, without the use of the dispenser. The machine is merely present to enhance the playing experience. The Video-ITVM offers much of the same player experience and appeal offered by VLTs, but with fewer political and legal challenges associated with gaining approval for VLTs.  Additionally, we have developed a large line of product innovations to further ease the political challenge of public gaming deployment, such as popping animation instead of spinning reels, a no-button Kiosk instead of a EGM style cabinet, and a hybrid printed roll designed for both countertop and machine use.

Please contact us for more information about how your state can benefit from Video-ITVMs.

  • Bingo Halls

In 2007 we placed numerous Lucky Tab II dispensers into various Bingo Halls located in Maryland and West Virginia.  These machines are instant bingo machines that satisfy the Bingo Halls’ desire to offer machine-style gaming within a market that is legally unable to operate slot machines or other class III games in general.  The Lucky Tab II dispenser has repeatedly received favorable rulings from the U.S. Supreme Court, the 8th, 10th, and DC circuit courts, and the US Federal Courts of Appeals in Maryland.  Our ability to supplement the income of these various Bingo Halls has been a huge help, as the halls that have partnered with us have seen their bingo attendance rise substantially once the machines were put into place.

These instant games within the Bingo Halls are a great example of our primary interest and specialty in providing a viable and high-quality alternative to class III gaming to jurisdictions that are constricted by various legal concerns.  Initiatives such as these serve to reinforce Diamond Game’s company motto of being the “Innovator for Emerging Gaming Markets.”

  • Charitable Gaming

Diamond Game’s patented pull-tab dispensers that look and feel like the latest electronic gaming machines have been determined by U.S. Federal Courts to be mere dispensers and not gambling devices. In 2004, Diamond Game received a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that its dispenser (a.k.a. Lucky Tab II) was not a slot machine, Johnson Act device or other gambling device. Our dispensers may give your charitable or commercial bingo gaming operation the ability to offer gaming to your players in conformance with statutes and regulations applicable to your operation.

Diamond Game is already providing these dispensers to charitable or commercial bingo gaming operations in multiple jurisdictions generating millions of dollars in net revenue for the gaming halls. Often with few or no changes to laws or rules, Diamond Game may be able to provide these games to your operation to greatly supplement the revenue generated for various non-profit or charitable usages.  Please contact us to discuss the opportunities in your area.
