Instructions: Diamond Game (“Sponsor”) is a national sweepstakes provider which hosts a sweepstakes to promote the sale of VOIP! communication products. To participate in any available InstantWebTime.Net sweepstakes, a customer can insert currency or a voucher into a terminal and press the button labeled “Purchase” to purchase VOIP! internet time in units ranging from $0.20 to $2.40. Each purchase of internet time entitles purchaser to one entry in an InstantWebTime.Net Sweepstakes. The sweepstakes result is displayed on the video screen on the terminal in an entertaining display. Any prizes won by a customer are credited to his or her account. The customer’s account can be used to purchase additional internet time. All sweepstakes promotions commence on February 1, 2012 and will end on January 31, 2013, or earlier if all game pieces have been issued.

Alternative Means of Entry: No purchase necessary to enter. To obtain a sweepstakes alternative means of entry (AMOE) game piece for any of the available sweepstakes, customers may send a postcard with: Full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, sweepstakes game title (example: Mumbo Gumbo), statement acknowledging that the sweepstakes participant has read and understands the official rules for the InstantWebTime.Net Sweepstakes Promotion and that the sweepstakes participant is not subject to any of the eligibility restrictions enumerated within. Postcards containing pre-paid postage may be obtained at Speaking Rock Entertainment Center by completing a Postcard Request Form. One form is required per postcard. Upon receiving a sweepstakes entry postcard, Diamond Game will send back an AMOE game piece for the requested sweepstakes. To redeem a winning AMOE game piece, retain a photocopy of the winning AMOE game piece and send the original AMOE game piece to: InstantWebTime.Net Sweepstakes, Diamond Game Enterprises, Inc., 9340 Penfield Ave, Chatsworth, CA 91311. Include your name, address, and phone number. The corresponding prize amount will be mailed back to the sender, along with a full postage reimbursement. In the event that the prize amount exceeds $600, the law requires that a W2-G form be completed before the prize may be redeemed. Limit one (1) free AMOE game piece per mail-in sweepstakes entry postcard. AMOE game pieces are drawn from the same sweepstakes in operation at Speaking Rock Entertainment Center. Please allow up to 30 days for payment. Sweepstakes AMOE game pieces obtained through the mail have the same odds as sweepstakes tickets issued through the purchase of internet time; purchasing internet time does not increase the chances of winning. Mail-in sweepstakes AMOE game pieces are subject to full official rules. Sweepstakes open only to legal U.S. residents18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sweepstakes participants must include the following information in their request in order to receive an AMOE game piece: Full name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, sweepstakes game title (example: Mumbo Gumbo), statement acknowledging that the sweepstakes participant has read and understands the official rules for the InstantWebTime.Net Sweepstakes Promotion and that the sweepstakes participant is not subject to any of the eligibility restrictions enumerated within. Upon receiving an electronic request for a non-purchase sweepstakes entry, Diamond Game will send back an alternative means of entry (AMOE) game piece for the requested sweepstakes. Prize Awards/Opportunity of Winning: Overall odds of obtaining a winning sweepstakes entry are displayed on the Sweepstakes Information Chart, posted at Speaking Rock Entertainment Center. To obtain detailed prize payout information through the mail, send your request in writing, identifying which sweepstakes for which you wish to receive the odds to DIAMOND GAME SWEEPSTAKES INFO, 9340 Penfield Ave., Chatsworth, CA 91311. Instant win cash prizes will be paid by the retail location. All claims are subject to verification. All materials submitted become sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Payment method shall be determined by the given retail location and may include a check issued within 14 business days of receipt of a winning sweepstakes game entry.

Eligibility: Any individual, organization or entity engaged in the development, production, distribution, promotion or implementation of a sweepstakes game, or the immediate family of any person in any of the above classes, is prohibited from taking part in any InstantWebTime.Net Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited or restricted by law, the sweepstakes are open to all other US residents 18 years of age or older.

General Conditions: Sponsor, participating retailers and distributors are not responsible for lost, stolen, late, illegible, mutilated, postage due or misdirected mailed requests. AMOE game pieces are void if defective, altered, forged, illegible, mutilated or obtained outside authorized channels. Only unaltered, valid sweepstakes game pieces may be redeemed for prizes. Mechanical reproductions or facsimiles will not be accepted.

Release and Indemnification: Sweepstakes participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, members, employees, attorneys, affiliated organizations, printers, suppliers and agents for any and all damages, including injury, death, loss or any other liability that may result from their acceptance or use of any prize or from their participation in the promotional sweepstakes game or their use or misuse of the Diamond Game Terminals, Internet Time Sweepstakes Vouchers or Redemption Cards. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or for any other reason. By participating, participants agree not to contest any outcome of game and to fully comply with official sweepstakes rules. Prize winners are solely responsible for all State, Federal and local taxes. Sponsor’s liability for an irregular sweepstakes entry result shall be limited to replacement of the sweepstakes entry, provided supplies last. If, through printing, production or any other error or for any other reason whatsoever, more winning game pieces are made available for any category of prizes than intended and/or set forth, such game pieces shall be null and void. The decision of Sponsor shall be final. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
